This policy provides guidance to 麻豆社 employees on how they should conduct themselves within, and outside of, the workplace. This policy applies to all individuals who work at 麻豆社, including interns and contractors fulfilling duties assigned by the agency.

It then outlines employee protections including prohibitions on discrimination, providing accommodations, and whistleblower protections. This policy then discusses ethical responsibilities applicable to all 麻豆社 employees, including appropriate boundaries between employees and students. The next section describes general employee misconduct and disciplinary action procedures.
